In case you are dissatisfied with the purchased product, you will be allowed to return or exchange Brix Silver’s products under certain conditions:
– The product delivered is different from the one presented on our website.
– The product should be in the same condition it was received, new, undamaged, and not used; it must also be delivered back in the original packaging.
– Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
– The request for return must include the condition of defective products.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
As soon as we receive the product you have returned, you will receive an e-mail confirming receiving the returned product. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of approval, your refund will be processed by your original payment method. Please note that refund process may take some time.
You need to consider contacting and notifying us that you will return the delivered product within 7 days of receiving the order. You must also know that the process of checking the product and deciding whether the refund or exchange will be accepted or rejected, in accordance with our conditions, may take around 14 days.
The refund of the returned products does not include the cost of shipping.
